1. The service
Saygood provides AI-powered language-practice conversations. It is for education and entertainment; it is not a substitute for a professional teacher, translator, or any professional advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be 17 or older to use Saygood.
3. AI content
Conversations are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or imperfect. Don't rely on them for important decisions (medical, legal, financial, travel safety, etc.). Use good judgment.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Saygood for anything illegal, abusive, or that violates others' rights, and don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service or generate content that is sexual involving minors or otherwise prohibited.
5. Subscriptions
Saygood Plus is an auto-renewing subscription (currently $14.99/month or $99.99/year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings. Prices may vary by region and may change with notice.
6. Your content
Your messages and saved phrases are yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to process and sync them to provide the service.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its personas, and its content are owned by Miles Board LLC and its licensors.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miles Board LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
